Nacelle Components

Jet Products produces complex machined rings and ring components in titanium, nickel, cobalt, stainless and aluminium alloys using its own near net shape starting blanks. Sizes range from 2" to 180" diameter. Applications include turbine engine parts, nacelle mounting and attach rings.

Bird Bellows designs and manufactures duct assemblies and flexible joints for use in nacelle anti-ice systems, incorporating pressure balance units designed to eliminate end loads and reduce induced stresses in the nacelle structure.

SSP engineers, tests and manufactures complete nacelle duct systems including EBU, starter, cowl anti-ice, oil cooler and vent ducts. Related components can be supplied as kits to allow shipments to move directly to the manufacturing floor for assembly.
